Fine German 18K gold Lange 1-A quality antique pocket watch with period associated box circa 1882. Heavy engine turned 18K gold case. White enamel dial (hairline and replaced chip under bezel) with black markings and blued steel hands. Gilt 3/4 plate 20 jewel movement with diamond cap. Unusual design requires that the setting lever must be held up to set the hands. Matching numbers on case and movement.
