Beautiful and possibly unique Patek Philippe 18K gold, enamel and pearl ladies pendant watch with matching pin, circa 1902. Openwork high relief back with floral designs over a green enamel dust cover. Fine white enamel dial with gold and black markings and fancy gold hands. Nickel 18 jewel lever movement. In particularly fine condition throughout.
