Fine and very rare silver German pivoted detent pocket chronometer by Kittel circa 1890. Fine white enamel dial with winding indicator, black markings, and blued steel hands. Gilt 20 jewel freesprung movement with helical hairspring and diamond cap jewel. Plain polish original silver case with matching number. Descended through the family of the original owner. Wonderful example of scarce top quality Glashutte craftsmanship.
