Fine, rare and beautiful Patek Philippe 18K gold and enamel repousse pair
case ladies antique pendant watch circa 1893. The outer case repousse with a particularly
attractive classical
scene of a woman and a cherub in a garden within an elaborate border.
White enamel dial with blue and red numbers and fancy gold hands centered
with a lovely painted enamel scene of a maiden in a landscape. The inner
case with a charming suggestive painted enamel scene of a courting couple with a basket of
flowers in a garden. The movement in a third inner case with crystal over
the nickel 18 jewel movement with wolf's tooth winding. This watch is in the style of
watches made 100 - 200 years earlier.
A spectacular watch by the maker of the very best watches in particularly fine condition.
A watch of the same style with identical outer case is illustrated on page 126
