Very fine and very rare Patek Philippe 18K gold skeletonized automatic wrist watch
with original box circa 1991.
The 27 jewel calibre 240SQ movement wit 22K gold rotor is fully skeletonized
and engraved. Engraved case with lapis (?) crown. Exceptional.
