Fine and very rare Presidential presentation 14K gold antique watch with original box and
documentation circa 1908.
Heavy plain polish case with the great seal of the United States on the back and the
presentation on the dust cover. Fine double sunk enamel dial with red and black markings
and blued steel hands. Very fine Waltham Riverside Maximus adjusted 23 jewel movement
with precision regulator.
This watch was presented by the President of the United States to the master of a British
ship for the rescue of 56 people from the American ship Denver in 1915.
This watch is in particularly fine condition throughout.
