by Le Roy circa 1890.
The heavy case chased with high relief flowers on the bezel and band, the back with a
woman in the style of Toulouse-Lautrec with a diamond in her hat.
Fine white enamel dial with gold hands blue numerals.
Gilt 16 jewel lever movement. Lovely.
