Fine and scarce large fat Swiss/English 18K gold half-hunter retrograde perpetual
calendar moonphase chronograph antique pocket watch signed Russell & Son, London &
Liverpool, circa 1873.
Fine white enamel dial (small cracks) with retrograde day of the month and
apertures for day, month, and moon phases.
Plain polish hallmarked English case with enamel Roman numerals on the lid and
buttons in the band to set the time and activate the stop watch.
First quality Swiss 21 jewel nickel movement with counterpoised lever and
wolfs tooth winding. The number on the case matches the under dial movement
number. Handsome.
