Fine Swiss 18K gold two train independent center seconds double dial captain's
watch circa 1850
The gold dial engraved with foliage and a harbor scene. Two chapter rings to show
the time in two places, such as on the ship and in the next port. The watch can
also be used as a time since there is a slide in the band to stop and start one of
the time trains and the center seconds.
The slim case engraved with a country scene, the engraved and enamelled dust
cover with details of the movement.
Gilt two train 24 jewel lever movement with gold balance and compensation curb.
