Fine, beautiful and very unusual Waltham 18K gold and enamel midsize (8/S) antique
pocket watch with American frontier scenes and very fancy dial circa 1876.
The heavy scallop case engraved overall heightened by black floral enamel borders (minor losses).
The front with a frontier man stalking a deer in a mountain setting. The back with a log
cabin. Special OHara enamel dial with red and gold decorations and painted foliage with
applied jewel flowers. Gilt 15 jewel movement. A wonderful watch.
