Beautiful and rare Patek Philippe 18K gold and enamel early stemwind
ladies antique pendant watch circa 1855.
The case back with dark green transparent enamel over engraved leaves
with typical overglaze scratches and insignificant edge repair.
White enamel dial with blued steel hands.
Fancy cast bezels and band. Gilt 10 jewel cylinder movement with wolf's tooth
winding. The original crown engraved with an arrow to indicate that this
early stemwind watch winds in only one direction. The case is numbered 10701 and
this number is repeated on the movement under the dial.
