Swiss silver gilt, painted enamel and pearl antique pocket watch by Bovet for the
Chinese market circa 1850. The case back with a painted enamel portrait
against a blue background over engine turning. Pearl bezels front and rear.
White enamel dial (hairlines) with blued steel hands.
Fully engraved 11 jewel gilt duplex movement, the balance with blued steel "devils."
Spring hinged glazed dust cover.
