Fine Swiss 18K gold painted enamel and pearl pair case quarter hour bell repeater antique pocket watch by
Moilliet, Geneva, circa 1780.
The back with a lovely scene of classical lovers within decorative borders (edge repairs).
Fine white enamel dial (repair at the winding hole) with black markings and decorative gold hands.
Gilt verge and fusee movement with large pierced and engraved cock. Glazed and pierced gilt brass protective outer case.
When activated this watch strikes the hours and quarters on a bell in the back of the case.
Loud and clear tone.
