Fine Swiss Patek Philippe 18K gold antique hunting case pocket watch circa 1868.
Somewhat slim engine turned case with presentation inside the front cover.
White enamel dial with blued steel hands.
Frosted gilt 19 jewel movement with "moustache" counterpoised pallet and wolf's tooth
winding. The engine turning on this case is in such perfect condition it must have been redone.
