Albert H. Potter (1836-1908) was a most remarkable watchmaker known for the
exceptional quality of his work and his many inventions. Born in New York, he spent the
last 33 years of his life working in Geneva where he earned the respect and admiration
of the local horological community. Approximately 100 of his watches have survived and
they are prized by sophisticated collectors around the world.
This is perhaps the only Potter watch with both minute repeater and
chronograph.

enlarged photos, a tiny blemish or imperfection that you could not see when looking
at the actual watch can appear very large in the photos.
