Beautiful champleveŽ dial centered with a crowned Lion & Unicorn.
The inner case with old repairs does not snap closed.
The movement with fine large pierced and engraved masked balance cock with
streamers, the foot and regulator plate also pierced and engraved.
Daniel Quare was one of England's most admired makers of watches and
clocks. He invented watch repeating work about 1680 . He went into
partnership with Horseman in 1718.
